This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to make a significant contribution to public transport, and the quality of life, in London and the country as a whole.This is an exciting opportunity to take on an integral role in the development and implementation of an Environmental Management System incorporating the design, construction, site surveys and all Crossrail activities.

With past management experience and effective communication skills, you will develop appropriate plans, processes and procedures that ensure the various commitments and undertakings of the project are carried forward into the design and construction phases. Working in a dynamic and continually changing project environment, you will strive to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple deliverables and establish strong relationships with all relevant departments.

An efficient decision-maker, you will have a proven ability in implementing and maintaining an EMS gained within a consultancy, local authority or other commercial organisation, and demonstrable experience of management of environmental issues associated with a major construction project. High quality analytical skills are essential alongside a successful track record in delivering high performance in a multi-disciplinary environment.
