Glendale Environmental is the consultancy division of Glendale Managed Services, delivering a range of services such as landscape design, environmental impact assessments, ecological and arboriculture surveys, closed landfill monitoring and building sustainability. The businessdelivers services to external clients both in the private and public sectors, and to internal sister companies in the Parkwood Group.

Managing Consultant

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 pa - Stratford-upon-Avon

We are seeking a commercially-driven consultant, to manage and lead this business. You may currently be a landscape architect, ecologist, waste specialist or have an environmental sciences background. You will have a proven track record of winning business, be able to lead a team and build relationships and have high levels of energy and enthusiasm.

The Managing Consultant should have a well-rounded knowledge of environmental and ‘green’ issues, and ideally, although not essentially, landscape design. A commercial outlook is essential.

Based in an attractive rural setting just outside Stratford-upon-Avon, the current team consists of nine consultants and shares a converted barn with a sister company and internal client, Parkwood Project Management. Glendale is wholly owned by Parkwood Holdings plc, and Glendale Environmental manages and audits ISO 14001 for this group of companiesas an internal service.
