Job: Principal/Associate Planner, Able Resourcing Ltd

One of the UK's leading multi-disciplinary consultancies is seeking a highly motivated Principal/Associate Planner to join their growing planning team in Leeds.

You will be involved in a wide variety of planning work involving planning applications and appeals and forward planning on a diverse range of projects including retail, residential, industrial and mixed use developments. The organisation frequently coordinate the preparation of Environmental Statements, site appraisals and the provision of strategic and tactical planning advise to clients.

You will have a degree/ post graduate qualification in planning with post qualification experience. The organisation is looking for candidates from the private sector that is able to assist in developing business and can demonstrate strong contacts and client base. Experience of working on a wide range of projects, together with a good technical knowledge, sound commercial awareness, and excellent administrative, management and customer service skills are key requirements of the post.
