Job: Resource Geologist, Allen & York Ltd

Our international client provides services to the mining industry at all stages of project development from exploration and resource evaluation to permitting, operation, closure and rehabilitation of mine sites. As a key team player of the Mining Group, you would have responsibility for the assessment and development of Mineral Resource estimates. The role involves presenting independent opinions on client's mineral properties. 

Responsibilities; • Application and maintenance of professional standards and procedures in Mineral Deposit Evaluation • Technical analysis and reporting • Client liaison and coordination. • Business development • Participation in geological and mining society meetings, conferences and conventions Applicants should hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Geology or similar with Professional Society designation. You should have wide-ranging experience of assessing, evaluating, and interpreting mineral deposits. Some earlier geological consulting experience desired.
