We are looking for a proven scientist who can work well within project and technical teams (including fostering the development of younger staff) and who is able to individually develop their own leads and promote rewarding business development.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Senior level support technical support to team.

*Contribution to project work (UK and overseas), to include report writing, field work supervision, organisation, consultation and project management.

*Manage complex projects

*Business development and proposal writing as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

*Experience with proven senior consultant/technical abilities;

*Minimum BSc (MSc advantageous) in relevant environmental science;

*Membership of Chartered Institute;

*Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines;

*Demonstrable experience in project management and business development;

*Demonstrable track record as consultant or regulator; and Excellent communicator and team worker.
