This is an excellent opportunity to lead the management of environmental compliance to for a Blue Chip organisations ISO 14001 accreditation in the SE UK. Key Accountabilities: 1. Take the environmental standard and develop a strategy for the SE UK to enable compliance. 2. Engage the client HSSE team, negotiating targets and deliverables, in order to meet client expectations. 3. Engage operational management setting vision and performance criteria. 4. Draft a detailed programme of work to meet the environmental performance targets 5. Measure and report performance against targets 6. Supporting the ISO 14001 energy management plan 7. Lead the preparation and implementation of external and internal environmental audits 8. Develop and implement a communication plan for SE UK environmental programme 9. Be the focal point for environmental initiatives in order to reduce the company's impact on the environment 10. Act as a centre of competence providing advice to the organisation and staff on appropriate legal and policy standards

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills: 1. Should hold an appropriate Environmental qualification 2. Job holder must have at least 3 years environmental management experience within a large diverse organisation. 3. Must be seen as a competent credible environmentalist
