We are seeking a candidate who must have a corporate membership of a relevant institution, good IT skills, good communication skills, experience in dealing with contractors and project related parties.

It is also important that the selected candidate has the ability to work within a close Client/Contractor/Consultant team environment committed to the successful completion of this project.

Our client ideally wants a candidate who is a Chartered Engineer with a BEng or MEng. The Senior Civil Engineer/QAQC Manager will be a key member of the Consultant Project Management Team based on-site in Khiran, Southern Kuwait and will report to the Project Manager. The position undertakes two primary roles:

1) Manage QA/QC team and Inspectors including surveyors to ensure the quality of the works in conformance with the contract. 2) Co-ordinate between the Client's UK design office and Site Construction Management Team (Contractor).
