They currently have a vacancy for a Quality Co-ordinator to be based in the North West.

The Quality Co-ordinator is an important role in ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.

The Business Unit Quality Co-ordinator is responsible to the Business Unit Director and the Quality Manager for the coordination of the Audit Programme, the reporting of Audit findings and the upkeep of all Quality Records

The Business Unit Quality Co-ordinator shall:

Assist in the development, communication and implementation of the Audit Strategy, Plan and Programme for the Business Unit.

Maintain the Quality Audit Plan and Programme for the Business Unit, including planned and actual audit dates, types of audit, and auditors/auditees.

Communicate the Quality Audit Programme to auditees with adequate notice and ensure, as far as possible, that all Audits are undertaken as planned.

Monitor the progress of the Quality Audit Programme and ensure it is continually updated to respond to the changing needs of the Business Unit.

Collate and maintain Audit Records, including the close-out of Corrective Actions, and feedback from Auditees.

Meet regularly with the Business Unit Senior Management to review progress and ensure the continuing success of the Audit Programme.

Report monthly to the Quality Manager on the Quality Audit Programme results.

Help facilitate continual improvement through the review and reporting of audit findings.

Collate, maintain and report on Client Feedback records.

Assist in External Audits by clients/third parties as required
