Reporting to the SHEQ Director the Quality Manager will work within the EMEAI SHEQual Team.

Applicants will:

Provide visionary leadership and direction with respect to the development of our Quality policies, plans, objectives and strategy.

Manage and improve there quality management systems and procedures in line with there SHEQual mission statement in order to increase value for our customers and stakeholders

Challenge the norm and effect change by using continuous learning to create innovation and improvement opportunities.

Achieve highest standards of quality performance which benefits the business and adds value for all stakeholders.

Provide mechanisms to effectively measure and enhance the business performance against the key areas of their quality policy and strategy.

Create a quality focussed environment which maximises their employees’ contribution and involvement in the continual improvement process.
