Job: Principal/Associate Air Quality Consultant, Able Resourcing Ltd

One of the largest multidisciplinary consultancies in the UK is looking to expand its Air Quality Group. The organisation already has established teams within the South East and South West, and is now looking for a key individual to establish a team in the North. The company can base the successful candidate from either their Leeds or Manchester office.

The principle activities of the air quality group include air quality, odour and dust dispersion modelling and monitoring services. Projects are generally related to new development and/or industrial processes requiring assessment under EIA, IPPC, or in support of new planning applications in Air Quality Management Areas or locations perceived to be at risk from poor air quality.

The organisation is looking to recruit an experienced individual with a suitable academic background and consultancy experience, to take a key position within the Air Quality Group. They are looking for a technically excellent, highly motivated individual to develop business opportunities, help grow and manage a team. Management ability is a requirement for this position. The applicant should have excellent communication skills and an ability to understand the commercial environment within which the technical expertise of the group is applied. Expert Witness experience would be advantageous.
