A major consultancy in Surrey requires a Senior Engineer/Project Manager to work on a variety of water and wastewater projects. This will involve working under a framework agreement with a major client. There is also the possibility of secondment to some of the major clients out of offices in a variety of locations across the South of England. This will offer an expansion of existing for the candidate and will be good for varying their experience.

The candidate will manage the design of water and wastewater schemes which will require a mixture of technical and commercial skills. With little or no supervision the candidate will carry out their duties which will include ensuring project deadlines are met. They will also be required to represent the company when liaising with clients.

They should be very focused and enthusiastic about the interests of the company. Skills may be transferable between clean and waste water so a candidate really strong in either should apply. They will have to be proficient when dealing with junior and senior members of staff and act as a source of knowledge for more junior employees.
