A dynamic and fast-growing business specialising in providing Environmental Consultancy Services to world-leading customers in the Property Sector. As demand for our services in this sector continue to rise, our client is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Project Manager with experience to join the team based at the head office in the East Midlands. The Project Manager will report to the Associate Director and will be required to deliver high quality targeted services to existing and new Key Clients including leading Retailers, Institutional Investment Funds, Property Developers and Construction Companies.

The role will comprise the Management of a team with responsibility to deliver Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments plus the management and coordination of sub-contracted Remediation suppliers. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of Environmental Legislation and the Planning Process and be able to apply these requirements to commercial projects.

You should be client focussed, ideally with existing client relationships and be able to demonstrate a commitment to Key Account Management. The Project Manager will have financial accountability for projects and will be responsible for the detailed final review of reports to produce high quality written work to demanding deadlines. The role will include resource line management responsibility and the successful candidate should have strong organisational and leadership skills, and a commitment to staff coaching and development.
