Provide industrial systems and industrial energy efficiency consultancy services. The consultant will be responsible for undertaking detailed energy efficiency audits of industrial facilities reviewing both facilities and process efficiencies, e.g. motor driven systems use. Analysis of data collected and improvement feasibility is an important part of this role. In Addition the consultant will help deliver projects that support the development of government policies related to energy efficiency.

Technical Skills: · Energy auditing, improvement identification and feasibility in the relevant sectors/technologies. · Statistical analysis, simple market size modeling. · Experience in any of the following industrial sectors: Paper and pulp, iron and steel, refineries, chemicals or manufacturing
Required personal attributes:
· Demonstrable industrial or consultancy experience of industrial systems, automation and control · Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent · Knowledge of the marketplace where the relevant technologies operate · Ability to advise customers and facilitate meetings as appropriate · Capability to identify and act on the views and needs of the stakeholders/ customers, in designing business solutions, shaping and spotting business opportunities · Experience of planning projects and resources · Ability to fact find and analyse information, produce professional reports · Ability to monitor and ensure quality of own work · Test and challenge assumptions · Be able to work creatively · All successful candidates will respond positively to change and be able to drive change within an organisation
