Role Requirements
AEA Consultants are responsible for working with our customers to define and deliver on projects ensuring that they meet customer objectives within the context of business requirements. They have an excellent understanding of AEA’s consulting models and methodologies, and provide strategic and high value consulting advice within complex environments.
The environmental assessment team is key to the development of the AEA business and we are looking to strengthen our team. We are recognized as a market leader in PPC, EHS, EMS, EIA delivery and due diligence and are looking to build upon this track record.

The Person Technical skills: Need to have broad environmental management experience within a number of the following technical skill areas: • Environmental impact assessments, ideally in the oil and gas sector
• HSE Management systems
• Environmental due diligence
• Environmental audits of complex sites
• Lender Independent Environmental consultant, including field experience
• Experience as an influential Environmental Advisor in the private sector
• Knowledge and experience of international standards and guidelines
• Business development in Due diligence, EMS or EIA
Ideal Person: • Able to deliver large and complex consulting projects
• An excellent understanding of consulting models and methodologies
• Results focused
• Proactive
• Experience of building good long-standing relationships with clients
• Able to respond positively to change and drive change within an organisation
• Degree in environmental, scientific or engineering disciplines (post graduate qualification desirable) with considerable experience of working in industry
• A recognised auditing qualification would be an advantage (IEMA)
