Job: Senior/Principal Ecologist, Resource Group Limited

Our client is currently looking for 2 Senior/principal level ecologists for a full time position to be based from their Gloucestershire office.

You will need a BSc and preferably higher degree in ecology or similar with 3 – 5 years experience (latter for Principal)

IEEM member

Knowledge of ecological impact assessment (EcIA), including experience of preparing chapters for EIAs

Project management

Good all round field skills, including botany to phase 1 level

Preference will be given to candidates that have a specialism in: Appropriate Assessment under the Habitats Regs; birds; bats; marine; terrestrial invertebrates.

Would expect one protected species licence, but not essential.
