Job: Emissions Consultant, Macdonald & Co

We are currently looking for an Emissions Consultant.

The Role:

Reporting to the Monitoring Manager, a vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join an established emissions monitoring team. The purpose of the role will be to lead emissions monitoring teams and to deliver MCERTS accredited emissions monitoring services to our clients.

Experience, Qualifications and Experience:

MCERTS level 2 qualification is essential together with the relevant technical endorsements, TEI, TE2, TE3, and TE4. A good standard of written English is required together with an ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues. The successful candidate will have a full drivers licence and be expected to travel to our client’s sites across the UK.

The candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills and willing to be flexible and adaptable to clients’ requirements. He or she will have the ability to work on own initiative, to act as a mentor to team members and to prioritise own workload.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and lead MCERTS accredited emissions monitoring campaigns, i.e. carry out site review visits, prepare SSPs, Lead emissions teams and report findings.

Training and Development:

My client will identify training needs by accessing individual career objectives and qualifications and will schedule training to agreed timetables
