Purpose of the Job

· To assist & take occasional lead on EIA projects including bids, feasibility studies & associated work

· To contribute to the content and production of Environmental Statements for a range of projects

· To liaise and coordinate with the internal & external clients on all aspects of environmental work

· To support and promote the environment team in Godalming

Main Responsibilities

·           Responsible for the preparation of various aspects of EIA work on a range of EIA projects, including research, survey work and report writing

·            Manage workloads and related tasks to meet prescribed timescales and budgets

·           To maintain good working relationships with internal & external clients

·          To develop relationships with the PB Environment Team overall

·         To develop & maintain a level of professional expertise by attending appropriate training & seminars to aid Continual Professional Development

·          To participate in budgeting and financial control of projects

Financial Responsibilities

· To assist on the development of financial bids and delivery of projects to budget
