Job: Senior/Principal Hydrologists, Able Resourcing Ltd

An independent consultancy, is currently seeking to recruit a Senior/Principal Hydrologist for their Leeds,Edinburgh and Durham office. With a proven track record in the consultancy field, candidates will have experience of EIA assessments, flood risk assessment and modelling. The work will be UK based and it is therefore essential that the applicant is familiar with UK hydrological conditions and methods.

Candidates should have a post-graduate qualification in Hydrology/Hydrogeology, be chartered or working towards professional qualifications with either ICE or CIWEM and seeking to develop business, technical and managerial skills within an expanding water team.  The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate good communication skills (written and oral), possess good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams as well as within project teams. You will be expected to provide support and supervision to more junior Hydrologists and at times to other members of staff working in related disciplines.
