Job: Geo-environmental Engineer, Macdonald & Co

This is an excellent opportunity to join a tightly knit Geo-environmental team in multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a friendly and dynamic working environment. This role will offer a large variety of projects to work on including commercial redevelopments and due diligence projects.

The professional and technical duties will include: due-diligence auditing and reporting, including project management; soil and groundwater assessments of contaminated land based on intrusive investigation; project management on a day-to-day basis from set-up of the project through to organisation of site work and report preparation; and supervision of junior staff and management of project teams comprising junior and senior staff. 

Candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with a relevant degree in Geology, Geophysics, Soil Mechanics or Environmental Science and an MSc would be an advantage.
