Salary: up to £35,000

We are looking for an environmental economist to support a wide range of policy projects within the environmental and energy market. It is likely candidates will either come from a consutancy in a project base role, or from an internal economics role within a governement organisation or academia.

Ideal candidates will have:

Degree in economics preferable
Applied economics expertise to energy and environmental projects
Experience of consultancy or policy delivery within the public sector environment
Previous experience of winning and delivering projects
Previous experience of leading teams
Experience of policy design, analysis and appraisal, specifically focused on environmental and/or energy issues
Project management – managing complex projects and proposals
EU and UK Policy knowledge
