Job: Principal Consultant - Sustainable Buildings, AEA

We are looking for a Principal Consultant/Business Developer to identify new business opportunities in our Sustainable Buildings Team, responsibilities will include, writing proposals and winning work, leading the team and delivering projects across the business with a focus on sustainable buildings.

You will have a proven tract record in winning work in both the public and private sector on programmes surrounding sustainability of buildings, accompanied with a strong project/programme management experience and be able to manage a budget.

Ideal candidates will have experience of sustainble buildings gained from an energy/environmental consultancy. Candidates may not be a technical expert, however, a technical awareness of sustainability issues and regulations relating to buildings is essential for the bid prepration and proposal/report writing needed in this role.

It is anticipated candidates would be educated to MSc level or equivalent in a relevant buildings related subject. This role could be fulfilled from any of our office locations which include Harwell, London, Cardiff, Birchwood, and Glengarnock.
